The free jam is held in the Performance Center of Vermilionville and is open to all skill levels-beginner to professional. Admission is free but does not include entry to the park. Special thanks to the Cajun French Music Association for sponsoring our weekly jams!

This live music series is held in Vermilionville’s Performance Center and rustic dancehall from 1-4 p.m. Admission is $10 and includes a self-guided tour of the Vermilionville Living History Museum.Come early and grab lunch at Vermilionville’s restaurant, La Cuisine de Maman. The restaurant is open every Sunday from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. and features authentic Cajun and Creole cuisine. WHERE IS AL HEBERT?? -- September 10, he's coming to Vermilionville's Cooking School to watch and film Jay Steiner demonstrate three delicious historic recipes -- Jambalaya, Maque Choux, and Beignets! You can be part of the TV magic. The demos begin at 10:30, with Al and Jay in the kitchen, filming for TV 15's morning news (to be broadcast at a later date...)
