Minimum Age: 7 and older; no younger siblings; not a drop-off event Culture & Curiosity Program: Pass It On  Discover how Louisiana traditions have been passed down through generations. Get hands-on with the music, movement & traditional skills shaped by the people and places of Acadiana—and discover how you can help carry them forward. Make a corn husk doll, learn a few traditional Cajun dance steps & explore the sounds of Cajun and Zydeco music—with a chance to try your hand at making some music too. Explore & Restore: Waste Not, Create More Homeschool Event

Minimum Age: 7 and older; no younger siblings; not a drop-off event Explore & Restore: Waste Not, Create More Discover how everyday items can get a second life instead of becoming waste. Explore how our choices impact the Bayou Vermilion, then turn something headed for the trash into something new! Weave a basket using toilet paper rolls, learn why it's important to "waste not" and participate in a reuse challenge!
