SEAFOOD PLATE LUNCH SPECIAL Vermilionville’s Restaurant La Cuisine de Maman (Mama’s Kitchen) is open Tuesday – Sunday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.  The served seafood plate lunch special is available on Fridays and includes your choice of a cup of chicken and sausage or seafood gumbo with rice or a house salad with dressing.  It includes the featured entrées of the day, starch, vegetable, homestyle biscuit, choice of bread pudding or featured dessert, and beverage – your choice of iced tea, soft drink, or coffee. The cost is $11.95 for adults and $7.95 for children under 10.

Vermilionville’s Painting Class Series: Painting with History!

Vermilionville invites you to come paint with us!  Anyone can participate in our new painting class series on Saturday, July 24 from 10 a.m.-1 p.m.  Registration is required and includes all art supplies as well as mimosas and strawberry infused water.  You also have the option to add a delicious lunch with bayou chicken caesar wrap, pasta salad, cookie, and lemonade. During this class you will learn to paint a beautiful, antique artifact from the museum's collection, the Regina Music Box.  Historical information and fun facts about the Regina Music Box and the corresponding record disks will be shared with the groups as we paint.  Spots are limited, so make your reservation today!
