DESCRIPTION:Parlez-vous Français? Even if you answer ‘un peu’\, you’ll have fun at our Family Francophone Day! There’ll be great opportunities for your family to practice your French\, expand your vocabulaire\, and immerse yourself in everything French. We’ll play Pétanque and other jeux Français. There will be French tours of the village\, music\, poetry readings\, crafts and more! Here’s the schedule for the day: \n\n9 AM “Early Bird” French Table\n10 AM Community booths: CODOFIL\, Alliance Francaise\n10:30 Rosary in Louisiana French in the Chapel\n11:00 Rag Doll Craft in French in L’Ecole de Cuisine\n11:00 1-hour tour in French (meet at Pavilion)\n11:30 Poetry\, readings\, and songs in the Performance Center\n12:00 1-hour tour in French (meet at Pavilion)\n12:00 Cooking demonstration in l’Ecole de Cuisine – Chef Agnes Cappello\n1:00 – 3:00 Cajun Jam\n1:00 1-hour tour in French (meet at Pavilion)\n2:00 1-hour tour in French (meet at Pavilion)\n2:00 Rag Doll craft in L’Ecole de Cuisine\n3:00 French Table in L’Ecole de Cuisine\n3:00 1-hour tour in French (meet at Pavilion)\n\nIn addition\, Pétanque will be played in the Festival area\, traditional games will be played in French all day\, in addition to Cajun storytelling and music.
